Refinement is where the product becomes real.

Moving from a working prototype to repeatable production means improving the details customers touch, hear, and rely on every day. Our work is organized around five priorities.

1. Acoustic tuning. Balancing impact, clarity, and consistent performance across everyday playback and paired spatial modes.
2. Battery and charging verification. Validating the 4000mAh power system, USB-C charging behavior, and real-world playback performance.
3. Detachable fit. Tightening mechanical tolerances so the figure separates and reconnects with a confident, repeatable feel.
4. Finish consistency. Protecting the character of OLLIE’s hand-finished surfaces while improving consistency across production units.
5. Quality control. Building visual, functional, acoustic, and aging checks into the production flow before fulfillment.

Built for the long game

The campaign established the direction. Production is where we make that direction dependable. We will share further timing and fulfillment information as each checkpoint is confirmed.
