Shellaxy Speaker Return Policy

Effective Date: January 4, 2026

At Shellaxy, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your speaker! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our hassle-free return policy.


Return Window

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may return your Shellaxy speaker within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
  • Extended Holiday Returns: Items purchased between November 1 and December 25 may be returned until January 31 of the following year.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 30 days of delivery
Original condition: Unused or gently used with no signs of damage
Original packaging: Product must be in its original box with all accessories
Proof of purchase: Order number or receipt required
All accessories included: Charging cable, user manual, and any other included items

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
❌ Products with removed or damaged serial numbers
❌ Items purchased from unauthorized retailers
❌ Clearance or final sale items (marked as non-returnable)


How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at returns@shellaxy.com or call 1-800-SHELLAXY (1-800-743-5529) with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

  • Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  • You'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label (for US customers)

Step 3: Pack Your Item

  • Securely pack your Shellaxy speaker in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box

Step 4: Ship It Back

  • Attach the prepaid shipping label (if provided)
  • Drop off at your nearest carrier location
  • Keep your tracking number for reference

Return Shipping Costs

Domestic Returns (United States)

  • Defective/Damaged Items: FREE return shipping (we provide a prepaid label)
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping ($9.99 deducted from refund)
  • Free Return Shipping: Available for orders over $100

International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Process

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Refund Method

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  • Credit Card: May take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically processed within 24-48 hours

Refund Amount

  • Full Refund: Product price + original shipping (for defective items)
  • Partial Refund: Product price only (for change of mind returns)
  • Deductions: Return shipping fee may be deducted if applicable

  • Available for different colors or models (subject to availability)
  • We'll ship your replacement as soon as we receive your return

Exchange Shipping

  • Defective Items: FREE exchange shipping both ways
  • Preference Changes: Customer pays return shipping; we cover new shipping

Defective or Damaged Products

If your Shellaxy speaker arrives defective or damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shellaxy.com
  2. Provide photos of the defect or damage
  3. Choose your solution:
    • Full refund (including shipping costs)
    • Free replacement with expedited shipping
    • Partial refund to keep the item (if minor defect)

We cover all shipping costs for defective or damaged items.


Warranty Returns

Shellaxy speakers come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty

  • Covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues
  • Does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank (there may be processing delays)
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at returns@shellaxy.com

Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fee for defective or damaged items
  • No restocking fee for standard returns in original condition
  • 15% restocking fee may apply if item is returned without original packaging or missing accessories

Wrong Item Received

  • Contact us immediately at support@shellaxy.com
  • We'll arrange a free return and send the correct item with expedited shipping

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
  • After shipment, standard return policy applies
