Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
- Shipping Confirmation: A tracking number will be sent to your email once your Shellaxy speaker ships.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for expedited/express shipping)
- Military APO/FPO addresses (standard shipping only)
- Certain remote or restricted areas
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International Orders:
- Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- Shellaxy is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Package Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A tracking number via email
- Real-time tracking updates
- Estimated delivery date

Shipping Damage or Loss
Damaged Packages
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- If the box appears damaged, note it with the carrier before signing
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@shellaxy.com with photos of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
Lost Packages
- If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your Shellaxy speaker, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)
- Contact us at support@shellaxy.com if still not received
Address Changes
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order
- Contact support@shellaxy.com immediately
- Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers may result in additional shipping charges
