FROM IDEA TO OBJECT

From sketch to hand-painted figure.

Follow the design, materials and hands behind your OLLIE.

01 DESIGN

Designing the mecha figure.

OLLIE began with a mecha-inspired silhouette. Initial concepts, refined linework and detailed drawings shaped the ears, armour and expression before the figure took on its three-dimensional form.

02 FORM & MATERIAL

Sculpted around a removable speaker.

PU resin, PVC, zinc alloy and engineering plastics come together in OLLIE. The collectible figure surrounds a removable speaker core, bringing sculpted form and acoustic function into one object.

03 HAND-PAINTED FINISH

Each figure, painted by hand.

Skilled artisans individually paint each OLLIE, taking up to 45 minutes to complete a piece. Matte surfaces and carefully defined colour panels give the sculpt its depth. Small variations in the finish make each figure its own.

04 QUALITY CHECK

Inspecting the finish. Testing the sound.

After painting, each piece is inspected for structure, finish and sound quality. The process brings the work of the figure design team together with the acoustic team, so the object you display also delivers the sound you use.

05 THE FINISHED CHARACTER

A collectible with sound and light.

Display OLLIE as a collectible, or remove the speaker core for portable sound. RGB lighting adds another dimension to the painted form, with solid colours, breathing effects and music-reactive light.
