What is covered

OLLIE products supplied directly by Shellaxy, including early supporter orders, are covered by a 12-month limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery. The warranty applies to the original purchaser or the recipient of a documented gift.

Coverage applies to verified defects in materials, assembly, electronics, charging, audio output, controls, or workmanship arising under normal use.

What is not covered

• Normal wear, cosmetic changes, scratches, or gradual battery-capacity reduction.
• Loss, theft, accidents, impact, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage.
• Damage caused by unsuitable power supplies, cables, chemicals, heat, fire, or conditions outside the product specifications.
• Damage caused by liquid exposure or use outside the care instructions in the user manual.
• Unauthorized repair, modification, disassembly, customization, or use with incompatible parts.
• Products purchased from another retailer; those claims must be handled by the original seller.

Arrival issues

Inspect the package and product promptly. If OLLIE arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos or video. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery under our Return and Refund Policy. The 12-month warranty and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply after the return window. Once verified, Shellaxy will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, part, or refund and will cover reasonable shipping costs for an approved arrival issue.

Making a claim

Email support@shellaxy.com with the order number, purchase date, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video. Do not ship a product before receiving written instructions and a return authorization.

Warranty remedy

After evaluation, Shellaxy may repair the product, replace it with the same or a functionally equivalent product, provide the necessary part, or issue a refund where required. Replacement products or parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Consumer rights

This limited warranty is provided in addition to rights available under the consumer laws of your country or region.
