OLLIE retail purchases and Kickstarter rewards include a 12-month limited warranty, subject to the applicable product documentation. This warranty does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

What to send us

Email support@shellaxy.com with your pledge or order reference, a description of the issue, photos or video that show the problem, and the product’s identifying information when available.

Common exclusions

Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, accidents, improper storage, or normal cosmetic wear may not qualify. Exact coverage and remedies depend on the terms supplied with the product and applicable law.

Do not dispose of the item

Keep the product and packaging until support confirms the next step. A return may require prior authorization and a specified destination.
