Earn Stars
- Join: 100 Stars. Complete your first member signup by signing in and opening the rewards panel.
- Shop: 5 Stars per US$1. Stars are calculated on the eligible product subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes, once your order is paid.
For example, an eligible US$100 purchase earns 500 Stars, enough to redeem a US$5 reward for a future qualifying order.
Redeem your Stars
| Stars | Reward | Minimum purchase |
|---|---|---|
| 500 | US$5 off | US$50 |
| 1,000 | US$10 off | US$100 |
| 2,000 | US$20 off | US$200 |
- Sign in and open Stars & Rewards.
- Choose a reward under Ways to redeem. Redeeming deducts the required Stars and gives you a discount code.
- Use the code at checkout while signed in with the same customer account. Your order must meet the reward's minimum purchase amount.
Good to know
- Reward codes are single-use and linked to the customer who redeemed them. They cannot be transferred to another account.
- Stars rewards cannot be combined with other order or product discounts. Shipping offers remain subject to their own eligibility and checkout combination rules.
- Free shipping requires an eligible order of US$300 or more after discounts. See our shipping information.
- Stars and reward codes currently have no configured expiry. Stars are rewards points, not cash.
- Refunds reduce the Stars earned on the refunded purchase. A refund does not automatically restore Stars spent on a reward or reissue a used reward code. Contact us if you need help with an adjustment.
Can't see your balance?
Check that you are signed in with the email used for your purchase, then return to this website and open the rewards panel. Your account page does not display your Stars balance; the Stars & Rewards panel is where you view and redeem it.
If the balance still looks wrong, contact Shellaxy with your order number. Never send us your login verification code.
