Ordering and processing start

Orders are open now. Order processing begins November 15, 2026. Orders placed before November 15 will wait until order processing begins. November 15 is not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date.

Processing and order cut-off

Order cut-off is 18:00 (6:00 PM), UTC+8, Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays. Orders received after the cut-off, on weekends or on Chinese public holidays enter processing on the next business day.

From November 15, 2026, orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Processing is separate from transit time. The processing start date is not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date for every order. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.

Delivery estimates

Transit normally takes 7–20 business days after dispatch. Customs checks, destination-country holidays, weather and carrier disruptions can cause delays. Transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

We currently offer delivery to these countries and regions: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

We do not currently offer delivery outside this list. Available services depend on your delivery address and the carrier's coverage. If no shipping service is available at checkout, please contact support@shellaxy.com before ordering.

Free shipping on orders of US$300 or more

Free shipping applies when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is US$300 or more, excluding shipping, duties and taxes. Available to all 28 supported countries and regions; no code needed. For orders below US$300, flat shipping is US$18 to the United States, US$24 to supported European countries, and US$29 to other supported destinations.

Shipping charges for orders below US$300 (USD)

• United States: US$18.
• Europe: US$24. Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
• Other supported destinations: US$29. Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and United Arab Emirates.

These flat rates apply per order when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is below US$300. Orders of US$300 or more after discounts ship free. Shipping, duties and taxes do not count toward the threshold. No discount code is required. The final shipping charge is shown before payment. “Other supported destinations” means only the destinations listed above, not worldwide delivery.

Duties and taxes

All orders to our 28 supported countries and regions are tax-inclusive. Applicable taxes, import duties, and customs-clearance or brokerage fees are covered by Shellaxy. Customers will not be charged additional taxes at checkout or asked to pay import charges on delivery. Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown separately before payment. If a carrier requests a tax or customs payment, contact support@shellaxy.com so we can resolve it. Shellaxy does not undervalue shipments or mark commercial orders as gifts.

Tracking and address changes

We email tracking information when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show its first scan. Email support@shellaxy.com promptly for address corrections; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

Delivery issues

If your parcel is lost, damaged or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact support@shellaxy.com with your order number. Keep the product and packaging and provide photos for damage claims. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate remedy when a loss or damage is confirmed.
